GO Barcelona courses are developed in the context of Spain’s rich cultural history. Classes are available in business, culture, communications, philosophy and art history. Students with Spanish majors or minors who qualify can receive Spanish credit for select culture classes by completing their assignments in Spanish. Our distinguished professors are experienced in leading students in international settings and incorporate local culture into the classroom whether it is through cultural site and museum visits, readings by Spanish authors or by providing local context to the topics discussed. Smaller class sizes mean there is ample opportunity for you to engage with your professor and fellow students to fully embrace the curriculum. Classes meet Monday-Thursday most weeks which will provide you the opportunity to travel on your 3-day weekends. Below are draft syllabi to leverage for course review and approval.
